Nice to meet you, I'm Miguel!
With over 7 years of experience at the intersection of Design, Product and Business, I build digital solutions in SaaS environments, focused on user experience, conversion and operational efficiency. My work spans discovery and data analysis through to defining, prototyping and validating solutions together with stakeholders.
I've built a solid business perspective over my career, which lets me connect usability with metrics and results in a more strategic way. I look to understand user behavior in order to design smoother flows, reduce friction and drive impact on the business.
I hold a degree in Advertising from UFRGS and a postgraduate degree in UX and Digital Product Design from PUC Minas. Based in Porto Alegre (RS), Brazil, I'm curious, outgoing and passionate about music and games. In my spare time I'm also a musician and the drummer in more than a few bands.
